Human Design is a synthesis system that describes how energy moves, decides, interacts, and differentiates. Inside the Blueprint, it isn't treated as a personality costume. It's a practical map for watching resistance, decision-making, and energetic consistency.
Start with Type, Strategy, and Authority. The rest of the map adds detail after the basic operating pattern is understood.

Fast builder
Manifesting Generator
Respond, then inform.
Manifesting Generators move quickly once the body is engaged, often through nonlinear and efficient paths.
Guide
Projector
Wait for recognition and invitation.
Projector energy sees systems and directs energy best when there is genuine recognition.
Mirror
Reflector
Wait through the lunar cycle.
Reflector energy samples the environment and reveals what a place, group, or rhythm is really like over time.
Bodygraph
The map is layered.
A useful Human Design read doesn't stop at the Type label. It looks at the circuitry: what is consistent, what is open, what repeats, and what conditions the system.
Centers
Centers show where energy is more consistent and where life is more open, receptive, or conditioned by context.
Channels
Channels connect centers. A defined channel points to a reliable current in the bodygraph.
Gates
Gates are the smaller archetypal points inside centers. They add specificity to the larger pattern.
Incarnation Cross
The Cross is a broad life-theme formed by Sun and Earth gates. It isn't a job title; it's a recurring orientation.
Watch the body
Strategy and Authority are tested through lived response, timing, emotional clarity, instinct, voice, will, or lunar rhythm.
Do not flatten it
A Type label is only the entrance. Centers, channels, gates, and profile explain why two people with the same Type can feel very different.
